陕西设施蔬菜主栽品种对根结线虫的抗性评价

摘    要:通过田间自然接种方式,开展陕西设施蔬菜主要栽培品种对南方根结线虫(Meloidyne incognita)的抗性对比试验。结果表明,黄瓜、南瓜和茄子主要栽培品种根结率均大于85%,表现为高度感病;辣椒、番茄、圣女果主要栽培品种中的日本朝天椒、早美、千禧、奥妮娜、春桃和尼瑞萨-1420表现为免疫,22号尖椒、鑫禧表现为抗病,津研19号、津椒5号、明泽3号、圣玛丽203、明泽81、圣玛丽新四号和金千禧表现为比较感病;其他品种表现为感病。抗性稳定性研究结果表明,番茄和圣女果抗病和免疫的品种,无性繁殖体抗病性表现稳定,芽扦插3个茬次,发病率、根结率和发病程度均没有变化,而有性繁殖随着繁殖世代的增加,发病率、根结率和发病程度均依次提高。辣椒抗病和免疫品种有性繁殖体抗病性表现稳定。

Abstract:The resistance comparison tests against Meloidogyne incognita of main vegetable cultivars were conducted by field inoculation experiments in Shaanxi.The results showed that main varieties of cucumber,pumpkin and eggplant had the root knot rate over 85%,which indicated they were highly infectious;Among pepper varieties,Japanese pod pepper and Zaomei were immune,Pepper 22 was resistant,Jinyan 19 and Jinjiao 5 were relatively infectious,Xinong 981 was infectious;For seven cherry tomato varieties,Qianxi was immune,Xinxi was resistant,Mingze 3,Saint Mary 203 and Mingze 81,New Saint Mary 4 and Jinqianxi were relatively infectious;In five tomato varieties,Aonina,Chuntao and Niruisa 1420 were immune,Zhongza 9 and Maofen 802 were infectious.In immune and resistant tomato varieties,vegetative propagules had stable resistance,their disease incidences,root knot rates and disease severities had no change in three different stubbles,but with the increase of reproduction generations,disease incidences,root knot rates and disease severities of sexual propagules were successively improving.In immune and resistant pepper varieties,sexual propagules had stable resistance.
