| 摘 要： | 目的：了解人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：采用人工股骨头置换治疗80岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折33例，术后按髋关节活动度、疼痛程度及生活自理情况作疗效评定指标。结果：33例中2例死亡，其余31例经l～3a随访，按Harris评分优良率达83．9％，无一出现假体松动及下沉。结论：人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折近期效果满意，在临床上是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of artificial joint replacement on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: Thirty-three pati ents aged 80 or more with intertrochanteric fracture underwent artificial joint r eplacement, and their hip activity, pain and self-care living were recorded. Res ults: Only 2 cases died, and the others were followed up for 1 to 3 yea rs. Of th em, no prosthesis loose and sinkage occurred, and 88.3% achieved satisfactory re sults according to Harris Rating Scale. Conclusion: Elderly pa tients with intert rochanteric fracture can achieve a good short-term efficacy from artificial joi nt replacement. |
