摘    要:摘要:为掌握提高蓝莓产量和品质的方法,以有机肥为肥料,混施不同量硫磺粉的方法对凯里丹溪蓝莓基地兔眼蓝莓的园蓝品种进行研究,结果表明:施用硫磺粉能够改变土壤养分,随硫磺粉施用量的增加,对根际土壤有机质、全氮、水解性氮含量有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的特点,使全磷、速效磷含量增加,pH值下降,全钾、速效钾含量减少。蓝莓果实单粒重和单株产量与蓝莓果实品质指标中的水分、维生素C、蛋白质、可溶性糖、还原糖、可滴定酸、总酚均呈现出低浓度促进高浓度抑制的特点,与纤维素和糖酸比则呈现相反的趋势;灰分、花青苷、类黄酮随施用量增加而增加。

Influence on the yield and quality of Vaccinium ssp and soil nutrient along with the change of Sulphu powde
Abstract:bstract: In order to improve the yield and quality of Vaccinium ssp fruit , the Tu-Yan Vaccinium ssp from Vaccinium ssp base in DanXi of KaiLi was chosen as materials, an experiment was conducted to determine the effects of organic fertilizer by adding different sulfur powder on the growth of Tu-Yan Vaccinium ssp and the chemical properties of soil .The result showed that the application of sulfur powder could change soil nutrients. By increasing the dosage of sulfur , the content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen, and hydrolyze nitrogen increased under low concentration of sulfur and decreased under high concentration of sulfur. After sulfur was applied, soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus increased significantly, however, pH value, total potassium and available potassium content showed decreasing trend. Vaccinium ssp fruit single grain weight, yield and the water, Vc, protein, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, titratable acid and total phenol showed the characteristics that low concentration of sulfur can promote it ,but high concentration of sulfur can inhibit it . While cellulose and sugar acid ratio showed an opposite characteristic, and the contend of ash, anthocyanin and flavonoid increased after adding sulfur.
