特早熟显性无腺体种质系汾显无1号的选育及应用研究

利用杂交、回交、自交、测交相结合的手段，经１０年转育、纯化、筛选、鉴定，将存在于海岛棉１号的无腺体基因２（Ｇｌｅ２）转育到了特早熟普通常腺体棉品种上，选育出携带有单节显性无腺体基因的特早熟陆型无腺体棉花新种质系汾显无１号。并对该品系在低酚棉育种和杂交种选育中的应用进行了初步研究。

Selection and Application of Fenxianwu 1 with Exceptional Early Mature and Dominant Low Gossypol Cotton Germplasm

Using the method in combination with cross, backcross, self pollination and test cross, the low gossypolgene 2(GL e 2) of Hai 1 ( G.babadense ) were transfered to over early mature cotton varieties with gossypol through the transfer, purification, screen and appraisal for ten years. New germplasm Fenxianwu 1 with single dominant low gossypol gene of over early mature upland low gossypol cotton was selected. The application of the germplasm in the cotton breeding on low gossypol and hybrid selection was carried on a prelimimary study.
