摘    要:C8605-2的成功选育是近年来我国自交系选育的一个重要突破。C8605-2含有纯正的北美种质血缘,综合了双亲优良性状。继承了铁7922株型紧凑、秆强和沈5003矮秆、大粒的特点。表现株高穗位适中,株型紧凑,抗倒性强,抗病、抗逆性突出。雌雄协调,结实良好,制种产量高,一般配合力高。以C8605-2为亲本培育的玉米杂交种,产量高,稳产性好,适应性广;抗倒性、抗病性强,推广面积大,品种生命周期长。C8605-2是目前国内培育玉米杂交种和自交系的骨干自交系,已成为国内十分宝贵的优异种质资源。

Abstract:Succeeded selection of maize inbred line C8605-2 is a magnitude breakthrough in domestic maize inbred line breeding of late years.C8605-2 contains unadulterated consanguinity of North America maize germplasm,synthesizes its parents' good characters.It inherits the characteristics of compact plant-type,strong stalk of Tie7922 and short stalk and big kernel of Shen5003,hence it shows compact plant-type,strong lodging resistant ability,protrudent disease resistant ability and adversity resistant ability.Its male and female flower harmoniously,fructification is well,seed yield and general combining ability are high.The maize hybrids that are cultivated with C8605-2 as a parent are high of yield,stable of yield.The adaptability is wide, the lodging resistance and disease resistance ability are strong,the popularized areas are large,and the variety lifecycles are long.C8605-2 is a core inbred line being used to cultivate maize hybrids and inbred lines,it is one of the most valuable excellent germplasm resource.
