加入WTO后甘肃省农业种植结构的战略调整研究

中国加入WTO后，在解决温饱的基础上，经济效益成为农业种植结构调整的主要依据。通过对气侯条件、农业生产技术水平和经济效益的分析，提出了甘肃省农业种植结构的战略调整方向：中部地区应大规模退耕还草，发展畜牧经济；陇东南特别是陇南地区应大力发展优质高效的粮食和特种经济作物；河西地区应发展成为优质瓜果及商品粮生产基地。
