土壤-水稻体系总砷含量的测定及其相关性研究

摘    要:对韶关地区土壤及其水稻不同部位的砷含量进行了采样测定,分析了水稻中重金属砷含量与土壤的关系。结果表明:水稻不同部位中砷的含量不尽相同,其根、茎、叶及米粒中的砷含量依次为:根〉茎〉叶〉大米,且与土壤中的砷含量呈正相关,说明水稻中金属砷含量与其生长环境密切相关,水稻对金属砷具有一定的富集性。

Study on the Relevance between the Soil-rice Plant by the Determination of Total Arsenic Content

Abstract:In this paper,different parts of paddy rice and soil samples in Shaoguan area were collected and Determination of Total arsenic Content and connection of between Total arsenic Content and soil was analysed.The results showed that different parts of rice in different levels of arsenic,its roots,stems,leaves and grains of the arsenic content in the order: root stem〉leaf〉rice,and the arsenic content in the soil were positively correlated,indicating rice arsenic content in their growing environment is closely related to rice on a certain concentration of arsenic.The research provided the basis for the use of soil、repair、processing and rice growth mechanism studies.
