摘    要:研究了^60Coγ辐射、航天搭载及其复合处理对两种类型甘薯种子萌发和幼苗生长的效应。结果表明:不同诱变处理甘薯种子的最终萌芽率差异不显著;在对甘薯真叶形成、实生苗生物量、根长及主茎长的影响方面,辐射处理表现出极显著的生理损伤效应,航天处理表现出一定程度的促进效应,两者的复合处理总体上表现出加性效应。

Abstract:The effects of 60Co γ-ray radiation,spacecraft carry and composite radiation-space processing on two heredity types of sweet potato seeds were studied.The results showed that there was no obvious difference in germination rate among different treatments;there were certain effects on the true leaves,seedling biomass,stem length and root length.Radiation processing showed obvious psychology damage effect,the spacecraft processing showed accelerating effect,and the combination of the two processing showed additive effect.
