大豆固氮能力对生长及产量影响的研究

利用克拉结瘤（Ｒｊｉ）和非结瘤（ｒｊｉ）等位基因系，通过５种氮处理试验，研究大豆田间固氮能力变化情况。试验结果表明，施氮对结瘤和非结瘤品系产量的反应曲线都呈二次抛物线形，只不过曲线方向正相反。施氮量与开花后的日平均固氮速度之间呈极显著正相关，与固氮总量间虽也呈负相关，但相关不显著。

Effects of Nitrogen Fixation Ability on Soybean Growth and Yield

Variations of N2 fixation ability were studied with allelomorphio series of Clark (Rji and rji) through 5 nitrogen treatments under the field condition.The results indicated that the reactive curves of yield to N content in both line with nodule or no-nodule were parabolical, but in the opposite direction. This was a significant relationship (1% level) between N level and average rate of nitrogen fixation per day after flowering.Also,this was a nonsignificant negative relationship between N level and the total amount of nitrogen fixation.
