植物生长调节剂对毛萼紫薇种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:自然条件下毛萼紫薇Lagerstroemia balansae结实率很高,但自然萌发率和成苗率极低。适合的植物生长调节剂处理种子,能够有效打破种子休眠、有效促进幼苗生长。本研究采用TTC染色法测定毛萼紫薇种子的生活力,比较5种植物生长调节剂GA3、TDZ、IAA、6-BA和NAA处理下毛萼紫薇种子的发芽率、发芽势及对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)毛萼紫薇种子生活力较低;(2)200 mg/L GA3处理的种子发芽势,发芽率较高,幼苗长势良好;其次是0.02 mg/L的TDZ处理,再次是200 mg/L IAA的处理;(3)1~20 mg/L的6-BA和NAA处理对毛萼紫薇种子的萌发无促进作用。上述结果表明:GA3、TDZ、IAA能有效促进毛萼紫薇种子的萌发及幼苗生长。

Abstract:Ornamental utilization of Lagerstroemia balansae is hindered due to low seed percentage germination with low seedling percentage though it produces large amount of seed in the wild. We can effectively break seed dormancy and promote seedling growth effectively after treating the seeds with suitable plant growth regulator. In this paper, the seeds vigor were determined by TTC staining method, and were soaked in different growth regulators, GA3, TDZ, IAA, 6-BA and NAA of various concentrations to evaluate the effect on germination rate, seedling height and the number of lateral root. The results showed that:(1)The seed vigor of L. balansae was very low;(2)We treated the seeds with 200 mg/L GA3 to study the germination potential and found out that germination rate was higher and seedling growing better; followed by 0.02 mg/L TDZ treatment and by, 200 mg/L IAA treatment successively;(3)The effect of 6-BA and NAA treatment ranging from 1 mg/L to 20 mg/L on seed germination was not significant. GA3, TDZ, IAA could effectively promote the seed germination and seedling growth of L. balansae.
