摘    要:本研究通过盆栽试验探索了不同镉浓度对9个苎麻品种吸收积累重金属镉的影响。结果表明,Cd对苎麻生物量、Cd含量和积累量等有显著影响,且浓度越高,影响程度越大。石阡竹根麻、宜春红心麻和川苎1号三个品种在Cd浓度23-46 mg/L下的地上部生物量均高于对照;Cd浓度为23、46、91和182 mg/L时,苎麻地上部Cd平均含量分别为22.93,37.22,71.27和88.08 mg/kg。苎麻地上部Cd积累量品种间差异显著,品种富顺青麻和中苎1号在不同镉浓度处理下表现了较好的适应能力和吸收能力。在镉污染地区种植高耐高吸收的苎麻品种既可用于生态修复,又能获得一定的经济效益。

Cd Uptake and Accumulation of Ramie( Boehmeria nivea L. ) under Cd Stress

Abstract:Cadmium( Cd) is a heavy metal which has aroused great concerns in the environmental science,because of its toxicity to animals and humans. In this study,a hydroponic culture experiment was carried out to compare the effect of different Cd concentrations on Cd uptake and accumulation among nine ramie cultivars. The results showed as following: there were significant differences in shoot biomass,Cd content and accumulation of ramie shoot respectively. Low Cd concentration enhanced the growth of some ramie varieties,the biomass of Shiqianzhugen,Yichun hongxin,and Chuanzhu No. 1 which were grown in Cd solution( 46 mg /L) was higher than the control. When Cd concentrations were 23,46,91 and 182 mg /L,Cd contents in the parts aboveground were 22. 93,37. 22,70. 60 and 86. 97 mg /kg,respectively. The cultivars Fushunqingma and Zhongzhu No. 1 appeared higher tolerance and content of Cd than other cultivars. These ramie cultivars with high tolerance and accumulation of Cd are good candidates for phytoremediation of Cd contaminated soil in China.
