黑龙江森林资源利用特点与结构调整

基于大量森林资源调查数据，对黑龙江省森林资源利用特点及其存在的问题进行了全面系统的分析。结果表明：黑龙江森林可采资源日趋危机，林分密度普遍偏低，成过熟林的消耗量远远超过生长量。森林生产力持续下降，森林结构严重失调，但天然更新良好。根据黑龙江省的实际情况，提出了合理的森林结构调整指标及森林经营的对策，为实现森林资源可持续利用提供了重要参考。

Utilizing Characteristics and Structural Adjustment of Forest Resource in Heilongjiang

Based on a lot of forest resource survey data, the utilizing characteristics and existing problems of forest resource in Heilongjiang areas are studied. The result indicates that the available forest resource is facing many problems,such as the low forest density, the consuming amount of mature and over mature forest far exceeding the growing amount, the productivity of forest continually decreasing, forest structure severely losing balance.But the natural regeneration condition is fine. According to the practical situation of Heilongjiang Province, reasonable forest structure adjustment index and forest management policies are put forward in this paper, which provides important references for the sustainable utilizing of forest resource.
