摘    要:该文研究了灵武长枣在8种气体组分贮藏下的生理变化及其呼吸特征。结果表明,灵武长枣为呼吸跃变型果实,2%CO2+7%O2+91%N2气体配比贮藏效果较好,能有效抑制多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,使多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性处于一个较低的水平,减缓枣果含酸量的下降速率和还原糖含量的变化,较好地保持维生素C含量,枣果贮藏120 d硬果率50.5%,好果率96.3%。

Abstract:Physiological changes of Lingwu long jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) under different atmosphere storages, and the respiration characteristic of this jujube were studied. The results show that Lingwu long jujube belongs to respiratory climacteric fruit, and the treatment with 7% O2, 2% CO2 and 91% N2 concentration can significantly inhibit the activity of polygalacturonase(PG), peroxidase(POD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO). It also alleviates the decrease rate of acid content and change of reducing sugar content, and preferably reserves vitamin C. The percent of hard fruit and accepted fruit are respectively 50.5% and 96.3% after 120 days' storage.
