淡豆豉中异黄酮提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:采用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法,以淡豆豉总异黄酮和染料木素的提取量为评价指标,优选淡豆豉中异黄酮的提取工艺.结果表明淡豆豉中提取异黄酮的最佳工艺为:淡豆豉药材8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2h.

Abstract:The best extracting technique of Semen Sojae Paratum(SSP) were optimized by orthogonal test.The extracting contents of total isoflavone and genistein in SSP were determined by UV detector and HPLC,respectively.The results showed that the best technological process of isoflavone extraction was to reflux SSP by 70% ethanol 3 times and 2 hours for each time.The content of 70% ethanol was 8 times of SSP.
