脱毒草莓的光合特性研究

摘    要:对脱毒草莓的叶绿素含量、生长温度、光强及叶绿素荧光参数变化进行了研究,结果表明:脱毒草莓叶绿素含量为2.885mg/g·fw,较病叶提高了21.58%;在光强为0~2000μmol·m-2·s-1范围内,净光合速率(Pn)随光强的增加而增加,直到光饱和点,最大值为10.5μmo1CO2·m-2·s-1;在温度为0℃~17℃时,Pn随温度增加而升高,17℃~40℃时,Pn随温度增加而下降,最适生长温度为17℃左右;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm变化较小。

Abstract:A study of the changes of chlorphyll contents,growth temperature, light intensity and fluorescence parameters of virus-free strawberry,it showed that the chlorophyll contents of virus-free strawberry was 2.885 mg/g·fw,and increased by 21.58% compared with the controlled .Wihtin the range of 0~2000 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),the net photosynthetic rate increased with the increase of light intensity, the peak value was 10.5 μmo1CO2·m~(-2)·s~(-1)at 2000 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1).Pn raised within 0℃~17℃ while it reduced within 17℃~40℃.From this experiment ,we found that the most suitable growth temperature for strawberry was about 17℃.Chorophyll fluorescence parameter showed that the Fv/Fm had little change.
