| 摘 要： | 用灭菌的玉米秸秆在无菌条件下分别浸置1、3、5d的浸液,灭菌的玉米秸秆自然发酵1、3、5 d的发酵液和未灭菌的玉米秸秆自然发酵1、3、5d的发酵液9种浸液浸泡大豆种子8h,置于室温下培养.结果显示,用玉米秸秆自然发酵5 d的发酵液浸种,大豆种子的发芽指数和活力指数显著升高,有效地促进了大豆种子的萌发.

| Abstract: | We fermented the maize straws oir 1, 3 and 5 days and soaked the soybean seeds for 8 hours in fermented broth. and cultured them in room temperature. The results showed that the fermented broth of corn straw fermented in 5 days increased the germination index and vigor index of soybean seeds obviously, and promoted germination of aoybean seeds effectively. |
