摘    要:论述了采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)方法,在离心泵弯曲扩散管设计过程中构造曲线和曲面;系统地论述了弯曲形扩散的内外轮廓线、过流断面和扩散管表面的并互式计算辅助过程;利用ANSYS软件的CFD功能进行扩散管内部流动计算分析,为改进其设计提供可靠的依据;该方法对改进离心泵弯曲形扩散管的设计方法和提高其设计质量具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The curve and surface of the bend-shaped diffuser of centrifugal pump are structured by NURBS(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) method in the design process. The interactive CAD processes of inside and outside contour lines, the flow section and diffuser surface of the bend-shaped diffuser are discussed systematically. The CAD function of the software ANSYS is used to calculate and analyze the flow field inside the bend-shaped diffuser to provide reliable support for the design improvement. The method is proved to be significant for improving the design method and enhancing design quality of the bend-shaped diffuser.
