基于Visual C++6.0软件平台的屏蔽泵轴向力计算

摘    要:为了克服人工计算方法耗时费工、计算量大、计算精度低的缺陷,实现屏蔽泵轴向力计算的快捷性和简便性,基于Visual C++6.0软件平台,考虑影响屏蔽泵轴向力的综合因素,编写出屏蔽泵轴向力计算程序,为屏蔽泵轴向力计算提供了便捷的工具.本程序采用模块化的结构体系,每个模块对应界面,能灵活地实现人机对话,界面清晰,可以方便地进行参数优化设计计算.只要输入相应的设计参数,程序会自动显示出轴向力平衡的计算结果,简单快捷,与人工计算相比,大大提高了工作效率.通过真机轴向力实测与计算结果比对,计算结果与实验结果的相对误差在10%以内,证实程序计算结果具有良好的计算精度,实用性强.

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional manual computational method and to calculate axial force of canned motor pump quickly and easily,a computation procedure is compiled as a convenient tool based on Visual C++ 6.0 software,which considers the composite factor impacting the axial force.The modularized structure system is used and each module corresponds to one interface.The man-machine conversation interface is achieved nimbly and the contact surface is clear,so the parameter optimization design is carried out conveniently.By inputting the corresponding design parameters,the procedure will display the computed result of balanced axial force automatically,which is simple and quick.The work efficiency is greatly improved compared with the manual computational method.The computed result is compared with the measurement.The relative error is within 10%,which confirms that the procedure has good accuracy.
