摘    要:[目的]筛选出醉香含笑的最佳扦插基质和插穗粗度,为产业化开发提供一定理论依据。[方法]以醉香含笑当年生枝条为试验材料,研究11种不同基质、3种规格插穗粗度对醉香含笑扦插生根的影响。[结果]基质和插穗粗度对醉香含笑扦插生根效果有显著影响。11种基质中,泥炭土为最佳基质;插穗在此基质上愈伤率为65.0%,生根率为28.3%,平均根数为1.89个,平均根长为6.28 cm,最大根长为7.63 cm,根系效果指数为0.60。在插穗粗度试验中以细插穗(0.15~0.25 cm)生根率最高,在泥炭土基质中可达55.0%,根系效果指数为0.52;中等插穗(0.25~0.35 cm)生根质量最高,生根率为30%,根系效果指数为0.75。[结论]使用泥炭土基质和粗度为0.15~0.25 cm的细插穗能促进醉香含笑扦插生根。

Effects of Growth Substrate and Cutting Diameter on Cutting Rooting of Michelia mac lurei Dandy
Abstract:Objective] To screen the optimal growth substrate and cutting diameter of Michelia macclurei Dandy,and to provide certain theoreti-cal foundation for the industrialization development.[Method] With new terminal branches of M.macclurei as the propagating material,we re-searched the effects of11 growth substrates and 3 cutting diameters on the cutting rooting of M.maccul rei.[Result] Growth substrate and cutting diameter showed significant impacts on the cutting rooting of M.ma cclurei.Among the 11 substrates,peat soil was the best.In this substrate,the callus rate was 65.0%;the rooting rate was 28.3%;the average root number,the average root length,the maximum root length and root effect index were 1.89,6.28 cm,7.63 cm and 0.60,respectively.The rooting rate of thin cutting (0.15 -0.25 cm) was the highest,which reached 55% in the peat soil,with the rooting effect index being 0.52.The substrate cutting (0.25-0.35) had the highest rooting quality,the rooting rate was 30.0%,and the rooting effect index was 0.75.[Conclusion] Using peat soil as the substrate and 0.15-0.25 cm cutting diameter promotes the cutting rooting of M.macclurei.
