果桑扦插嫁接繁殖技术研究

摘    要:目的]建立果桑无性繁殖技术体系。方法]以河北宽选1号为接穗,1年生实生桑为砧木,采用袋接法进行嫁接繁殖,同时,选取幼嫩和半木质化枝条,研究不同基质、不同扦插时间、不同激素种类和浓度、不同光照强度对插穗生长的影响。结果]袋接法嫁接约30 d接穗的芽萌发,长出新鲜叶片;扦插繁殖最佳时间为每年的春季3、4月和秋季树液停止流动前,扦插在壤土+细沙混合基质中生长效果良好,可以促进插穗生根。结论]建立了果桑扦插和嫁接繁殖技术体系,进一步提高了果桑无性繁殖速度,为林业生产提供优良的苗木。

Research on the Propagation Technique of Morus laevigata Grafting and Cutting
Abstract:Objective] To establish the vegetative propagation system of Morus laevigata. Method] With Hebei Kuanxuan 1 as the scion, 1-year non-grafted mulberry tree was used as the stock. Pocket grafting method was used for grafting propagation. At the same time, young and tender branches and half lignification branches were selected. Effects of different substrates on cutting growth were researched under different cutting time, hormone type and concentration and illumination time. Result] After pocket grafting for about one month, bud germination? of the scion could be seen, as well as a few of fresh leaves. The optimal time for cutting propagation was March, April, and autumn before the sap flow in every year. M. laevigata on the mixed substrate of loam and silver sand showed good growth effects, and promoted the cottage roo-ting. Conclusion] Propagation technique of M. laevigata grafting and cutting is established, which enhances the vegetative propagation speed of M. laevigata, which provides high-quality seedlings for forestry production.
