| 摘 要： | 茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称。茶多酚具有抗氧化能力强、无毒副作用、无异味等特点。茶多酚作为天然抗氧化物质,可以增强家禽的抗氧化机能,缓解氧化应激,提高家禽的生产性能和经济效益。笔者对茶多酚的生物特性、动物热应激产生的机制茶多酚对氧化应激的调控机制以及茶多酚对家禽热应激调控的影响进行了综述,旨在为家禽热应激的调控研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Tea polyphenols,non-toxic odorless,is the generic terms of the polyphenols in tea.Heat stress causes oxidative stress,which impairs capacity of antioxidant defense system and immunity and production performance.Polyphenols can alleviate the heat-stressed response in animal by eliminating and increasing the activities of anti-oxidative enzyme. |
