| 摘 要： | 为筛选对棉花黄萎病病原菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae)具有拮抗作用的芽孢细菌,采用改良的琼脂平板扩散法,通过初筛从各地的土样中分离到83株拮抗细菌菌株,对其中的69株进行了复筛,得到一株具有较强的抑菌活性的拮抗细菌8-52菌株。对该菌株进行了形态特征的观察、生理生化试验和16S rDNA的序列分析。将该菌株的形态特征和生理生化特性鉴定的结果与相应种、属模式菌的性状相对照,认为菌株8-52与芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)的相应性状很相近。根据16S rDNA序列相似性分析,此菌株与Bacillus velezensis标准菌株AB245422的16S rDNA序列相似度达99.78%,因此鉴定拮抗菌株8-52为Bacillus velezensis。
