西洋参氮素营养特性的研究

摘    要:通过^15N示踪微区试验,研究西洋参氮素营养特性。结果表明:15^N-尿互在西洋参各器官均有分布,参朱从肥料中吸收氮素(NDFF%)含量地上部各器官高于地下部。施氮肥与未施氮肥处理的收获参根干重为28.89%和21.82%;施氮肥增加了参根蛋白氮和非蛋白氮的含量,并约有80%^15N分配到参根蛋白氮中。

Abstract:Nitrogen nutrition of Panax quinquefolium Linne was studied by using 15N tracer technique. The results showed that 15N (15N-urea) was distributed to all organs of Panax quinquefolium Linne. NDFF% in above-ground part was higher than that in below-ground part.Root dry weight was 28.89% and 21.82% respectively for treatments with or without nitrogen application. The application of nitrogen fertilizer increased the content of nitrogen in both protein and non-protein forms and about 80% of the nitrogen was found in root protein.
