实木家具斜角榫接合方式的改进与应用

榫接合是传统家具的主要结构方式,也是现代实木家具的基本结构方式。榫接合设计作为家具结构设计的重要组成部分,不论是在过去、现在,还是将来,都将起到独特的作用。在木家具结构设计中,特别是具有中国传统家具风格的实木家具结构设计中,木框角部斜角榫接合强度是人们既关注的问题。本文对传统的木框角部斜角榫接合形式和改进后的4种易于机械加工的斜角榫接合形式进行了分析,认为经过改进的斜角榫接合形式完全能应用于现代实木家具结构设计。

THE IMPROVEMENT AND APPLICATION OF MORTISE-AND-TENON BEVEL JOINT OF TIMBER FRAME

Mortise-and-tenon joint is the main structure of traditional furniture and the basal.Mortise-and-tenon joint design is the most important part of furniture struction from past to future.The bevel joint strength of timber frame is a problem that people either attended or evaded in the strength design of timber furniture even in the configuration design of China traditional furniture.This paper work on the strength(tension strength and bending strength) of four ordinary and easily machining bevel Mortise-and-tenon joint,and compare,analysis from each aspect.The results show that the style of improved Mortise-and-tenon can apply on the structure of modern solid wood furniture design.
