| 摘 要： | 旱灾是广东的重大自然灾害之一,主要发生在春、秋季,湛江、汕头、肇庆及佛山等地区的发生频率较高.广东旱灾具有较大破坏性,不仅造成生命伤亡与财产损失,还带来系列社会问题.把古代与现代的旱灾预防与治理措施结合起来,实现旱灾的综合防治,对广东的防灾减灾有积极意义.
