番茄温敏型核雄性不育系地D4杂交组合的4个品质性状同亲回归分析

摘    要:以母本地D4为共同亲本与其他9个自交系的杂交一代组合及相应亲本作为试验材料,采用Griffing的同亲回归(c.p.r)分析方法,分析比较F1的4个性状的遗传表现和亲子间的相关性。结果表明:单果质量、果实硬度的一般配合力方差较大,分别为80.00 %、93.74 %;可滴定酸和可溶性固形物含量的一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差分别为53.85 %、54.76 %和46.15 %、44.26 %。可溶性固形物含量、单果质量、果实硬度和可滴定酸的广义遗传力分别为0.765 0、0.750 0、0.649 3和0.928 5,狭义遗传力分别是0.737 1、0.532 9、0.631 5和0.527 3;仅单果质量亲子相关系数达到显著水平。
