蝉拟青霉对蚕豆蚜虫致病性的初步研究

摘    要:
研究了8株蝉拟青霉(Paecilomyces cicadae)对蚕豆蚜虫的致病性。结果表明,8株蝉拟青霉分生孢子悬液、菌丝悬液对蚕豆蚜虫的致病性有一定差异,孢子悬液的致病性强于菌丝悬液,其中GZDXIFR4611菌的感染致死效果最好,其孢子悬液的致死率可达到86.7%,菌丝悬液的致死率可达到66.7%,这将为蝉拟青霉作为一类重要的生防真菌提供参考数据。

Abstract:
To investigate the effect of pathogenicity of Paecilomyces cicadae (PC) to aphis medicnginis koch, the insecticidal mortality of the 8 strains of PC were tested. The resuh indicated that the 8 strains of PC showed the different insecticidal effect. The pathogenicity of spore suspension was stronger than that of hyphae suspension. The highest insecticidal mortality of the 8 strains of PC was GZDXI- FRg611, which mortality in spore suspension was 86.7% and in hyphae suspension was 66.7%.
