灭幼脲Ⅲ号在大白菜和土壤中的残留研究

摘    要:本文对灭幼脲Ⅲ号杀虫剂在我国北方地区大白菜和土壤中进行残留试验,结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅲ号在大白菜上消解50%所需的时间为13.2~14.0d;在土壤中为8.8~27.0d.用25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号胶悬剂释稀2500倍,每亩施药10或20g(有效成份),喷药2或3次,距最后1次施药14d时,灭幼脲Ⅲ号在大白菜上的最大残留量为1.07ppm;在土壤中为0.09ppm.

Abstract:A series of experiments on the residue and persistence of Diflubenzuron Ⅲ insecticide in Chinese cabbage and soil were carried out in Northern China duing 1988~1989. The results indicated that the half-life values of Diflubenzuron Ⅲ were 13.2~14.0 d in Chinese cabbage and 8.8~27.0 d in soil. Its maximum residues appeared 1.07 ppm in Chinese cabbage and 0.09 ppm in soil on the 14th day after the last spraying of 25% suspension which had 10~20 ga. i·/mu and was diluted by 2500-fold with water and sprayed in 2~3 times. Based on the results, it is recommended that the maximum residue level for Diflubenzuron Ⅲ insecticide in Chinese cabbage's 2 ppm and the safety interval's 21 d.
