浓缩果汁加工中原料提升设备选型研究

摘    要:随着我国果蔬浓缩汁加工业的飞速发展,我国果蔬汁加工设备几乎全部依赖进口,国内浓缩汁生产企业对原料提升设备选型上理解不同。为此,对浓缩果汁加工中常见的果蔬提升设备——刮板输送机和螺旋输送机的能耗、生产适应性等情况进行了初步的分析,认为两种提升设备各有利弊,选型时应根据原料特性、生产稳定性及能耗等因素综合判断。

Abstract:with the develop rapidly of the concentrated fruit and vegetable juice production in China, our country frait and vegetable juice production equipments hardly all depend on evaporating, the domestic concentrated juice production enterprises have some different understanding on the type of the raw material's lifting equipments. Energy consumption, production adjustability of raw material lifting equipments: flight conveyer and screw conveyer usually used in concentrated fruit juice production are analyzed briefly in this paper. The results indicate that both the two lifting conveyers have advantages and disadvantages, and all main affecting. Factors such as raw material character, production stability and energy consumption of equipment should be considered synthetically when lifting equipment type is decided.
