| 摘 要： | 采用RT PCR方法,从四川某规模化猪场仔猪腹泻死亡病例病料中检测猪流行性腹泻病毒、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猪轮状病毒,并分离细菌,最终鉴定为猪传染性胃肠炎继发大肠杆菌感染。药敏试验结果显示,分离的致病性大肠杆菌对林可霉素和氧氟沙星高度敏感。根据结果制定相应防治措施,经治疗处理后,病情得到有效控制。 |

| Abstract: | In this study,a diarrheal disease from Sichuan intensive pig farms was diagnosed by RT-PCR.The results showed that the infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea,transmissible gastroenteritis,rotavirus and Escherichia coli were positive.The conclusion is that the primary infection was caused by transmissible gastroenteritis and then secondary infected by Escherichia coli.Drug sensitivity tests show that this bacteria is sensitive to lincomycin and ofloxacin.Based on these results,some suitable measures were carried out and eventually the symptom is alleviated. |
