人源志贺氏菌对雏鸡的人工感染试验

摘    要:为了弄清人源志贺氏菌是否可以传播给鸡,从而为志贺氏菌在人-禽传播中的可能性提供科学依据,用不同剂量的鸡源鲍氏志贺氏菌、人源鲍氏志贺氏菌和人源福氏志贺氏菌通过腹腔注射人工感染雏鸡。结果发现,各试验组雏鸡均有不同程度的病变发生,甚至出现死亡病例,且从雏鸡体内分别回收到原接种的3株细菌。这说明了鸡源志贺氏菌的可能来源及有发生人鸡互传的可能性。

Abstract:In order to investigate whether the human Shigella isolates can spread to chicken,the experimental chickens were artificially infected with different doses of chicken Shigella boydii,human Shigella boydii and human Shigella flexneri through the intraperitoneal injection.All the infected chickens showed different degrees of lesions and even death.The original bacteria wereisolated from the corresponding chickling,indicating that the human Shigella has the possibility to spread to chicken.
