草莓复合贮藏保鲜方法的研究

摘    要:研究了药物、臭氧和复合 3种保鲜方法对草莓贮藏保鲜效果的影响。结果表明 :采用药物保鲜剂、臭氧和低温贮藏的复合保鲜法在抑制微生物和细胞代谢、降低营养成分的分解和保持草莓新鲜度等方面明显优于空白对照组 ,可使草莓货架寿命延长到 14~ 16d。

Abstract:The effects of drug fresh keeping, ozone fresh-keeping and multiple fresh-keeping on rot index and quality of strawberry were studied in the paper. The results showed that multiple fresh-keeping method could maintain the fresh degree and sensory quality of strawberry through inhibiting the microbe and metabolism of the cells and reducing the degradation rate of nutritional substances during storage. multiple fresh-keeping method had better effects on strawberry compared with CK(check experiments).the shelf-life were extended to 14~16 days.
