石墨炉原子吸收法测定中药材中微量砷的研究

摘    要:采用密闭容器高压消解样品,钯涂层石墨管平台技术、横向加热、纵向塞曼效应扣背景和基体改进剂相结合的方法测定中药材中微量砷。该法可消除基体带来的干扰,同时提高砷的灰化温度到1200℃,消除灰化损失的问题。采用纵向塞曼效应扣背景可消除光谱带来的干扰。该法回收率范围为:90.3%~101.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%。该法灵敏、准确、快速,干扰小,结果令人满意。

Abstract:This article reports the result of study on determination of trace Arsenic in traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials by High-pressure Digestion-Pd Coated GFAAS. The methods for determination of trace Arsenic in traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials involved Pd coated graphite tube platform technology, transverse heating, lengthways Zeeman effect banishing background and using ascorbic acid as matrix modifier. The recovery of Arsenic element for the materials varied from 90.3% to 101.7%, RSD was 3.7%. The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive, with few of disturbance and simple operation. The results are satisfactory.
