| 摘 要： | 采用层次分析法在区域层次上对黑龙江省生态旅游资源进行了评价。首先将生态旅游资源分为可视资源和环境资源，确定了丰度、种类、季相变化、生物多样性和珍稀奇特度、森林覆盖率、空气质量、水体质量和噪声9基本个因子，构建了评价模型，通过专家咨询法得到了9个因子的权重，确定了得分标准。最后得到黑龙江省生态旅游资源的得分为75分，级别为良。
