摘    要:用硝酸银和乙烯利分别处理黄瓜雌性系和强雄性系幼苗,可在一定节位上发生性别逆转.在雌性转雄过程中,茎尖赤霉素(GA3)、腐胺(Put)和可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量升高,而生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(ZT)和亚精胺(Spd)含量则下降.与此相反,在雄性转雌过程中,茎尖赤霉素、腐胺和可溶性蛋白质含量下降,而生长素、细胞分裂素和亚精胺含量升高.脱落酸、精胺和尸胺在黄瓜雌雄性别逆转过程中则表现为无规律的变化.

Abstract:Sex reversion of gynoecious or androecious cucumber occurred at certain nodes when cucumber seedling was treated with silver nitrate or ethrel . The contents of endogenous gibberenllin (GA 3), putrescine (Put) and soluble protein (SP) increased but auxin (IAA) ,cytochrome (ZT) and spermidine (Spd) decreased at the apices of gynoecious seedling during sex reversion from female to male. On the contrary , the contents of GA3 ,Put and SP decreased but IAA ,ZT and Spd increased at the apices of androecious cucumber seedling during reversion from male to female . However, abscisic acid ,spermine and cadavarine appeared a ruleless alteration during sex reversion of cucumber.
