Significances of development woody oil production were discussed.Current situation,advantages and prospect of woody oil production in China were analyzed.A series of countermeasures were put forward based on existing problems,including that choosing oil trees according to local conditions,scientific designing layout with regional characteristics and large-scale production,enhancing research innovation and technology extension,strengthening existing forest trees management for sustainable utilization of resources,implementing brand strategy,establishing and perfecting standardization production system and guarantee systems of policy,fund and service.
