| Abstract: | Yanqi Basin is the largest inland basin in Xinjiang autonomous region. There is a typical and complete inland water circulation system in the Basin. The Water resources and land exploitation in 50's of 20th century changed obviously water resources distribution features in the Basin, which resulted is a series of environmental problems, such as excessive agricultural water utilization, higher underground water table in oases, soil salinization, higher mineral degree of Boston lake water, decrement of biological diversity in lake eco system. These problems are harmful for sustainable water resources development and environmental conservation. With system analysis method, the ways and countermeasures to harness these problems are analyzed and discussed in this paper. |
