平板菌落计数法检测土壤pH对L1-9菌株定殖的影响

摘    要:采用室内盆栽试验,调整土壤pH值,播种黄瓜种子,一叶期灌根接种海洋生防菌L1-9发酵菌液.每隔3d,采集黄瓜根际土壤,采用平板菌落计数法计数回收的L1-9菌落数量,分析pH值对L1-9菌株定殖的影响.结果表明,土壤pH对生防菌L1-9定殖有显著影响,当pH为7.0时定殖效果最好.

Effects of Soil pH on Strain L1-9 Colonization by Plate Colony Counting Method

Abstract:This paper studied the colonization of biocontrol marine bacterial of L1-9 by using indoor pot experiment.Firstly,adjusted soil pH and sown cucumber seeds,then irrigated strain L1-9 fermentation broth at the stage one leaf.At last,collected rhizosphere soil of cucumber every 3d,and counted the numbers of recovered L1-9 colonies by plate counting method to analyze the effect of pH on the colonization of L1-9 strain.The results indicated that,the soil pH had significant effects on the colonization of marine biocontrol bacteria L1-9,and the best colonization effects were found when pH is 7.0.
