| 摘 要： | 新型农民是有文化、懂技术、会经营的农民,是农业现代化发展和新农村建设的骨干力量.新型农民的培养关键在培养模式.在论述新型农民的内涵及培养模式的基础上,通过对我国农民培养情况的总结分析,提出了构建新型农民的培养模式.

| Abstract: | New type farmers have a good basic education and understand both agricultural techniques and business operations.They are the backbone of the agricultural modernization and the new countryside construction.The training model is the key of training the new type of farmers.On the base of discussing the connotation and training mode for the new type of farmers,and analyzing the farmers training status in China,the countermeasures for constructing the training mode for new type of farmers were put forward. |
