摘    要:脱毒太子参原种与太子参传统品种相比具有显著特征,体量小,根系发达,生长快,基本不携带病毒,病害轻,参体杂乱分布在培养基中,须洗参、分级种植.其种植方式与传统太子参栽培有所不同.对脱毒太子参原种规范化高产栽培技术进行了研究.

Study on Normalization and High-yield Cultivation Techniques of Protospecies Virus-Free Radix Pseudostellariae

Abstract:Dominant features including much smaller mass,more developed plant root,higher growth ratio,fewer virus taken along and less plant disease were showed by virus-free plantlets of protospecies Radix Pseudostellariae comparing with its no virus-free correspondence.However,the test-tube plantlets need to wash and plant grading due to the tiny body of virus-free plantlets,so different planting modes should be adopted between the protospecies virus-free Radix Pseudostellariae and its no virus-free correspondence.The normalization and high-yield cultivation techniques of protospecies virus-free Radix Pseudostellariae were studied.
