植物生长调节剂对巨玫瑰葡萄夏果品质的影响

摘    要:【目的】探讨植物生长调节剂果实美+包果优、S-诱抗素和乙烯利对巨玫瑰葡萄夏造果实着色和品质的影响,为生产上合理使用植物生长调节剂促进巨玫瑰夏造果实着色提供参考依据。【方法】用雾化状的3种植物生长调节剂在巨玫瑰夏造果着色初期(果实果面约10%着色)喷施果面,喷后每隔3 d调查葡萄着色指数至果实成熟,果实成熟时测定可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量及果皮花色素苷相对总量。【结果】3种植物生长调节剂均能显著促进巨玫瑰夏造果果实着色,着色效果依次为果实美+包果优〉S-诱抗素〉乙烯利。果实美300倍+包果优1000倍、乙烯利300 μL/L及S-诱抗素300 mg/kg处理的果实可溶性固形物含量降低,其总酸含量也呈降低趋势;果实美600倍+包果优1000倍、乙烯利200 μL/L及S-诱抗素200 mg/kg处理增加了果实可溶性固形物含量,但果实总酸含量却呈升高趋势。【结论】施用果实美+包果优、S-诱抗素、乙烯利均能有效促进巨玫瑰夏造果果实着色,生产上选择果实美300倍+包果优1000倍或S-诱抗素300 mg/kg对果实着色效果更佳。

Abstract:【Objective】In order to provide scientific references for using exogenous phytohormones in coloring of summer fruits of Jumeigui grape, the effects of three growth regulators (Guoshimei+Baoguoyou,Abscisic acid and Ethephon) on the coloring and quality of Jumeigui grape were studied. 【Method】The three growth regulators were applied in the fruits surface by spraying (about 10 percent of fruits were slightly colored). During the fruit coloring period, the fruit coloring index was investigated every three days. During the fruit maturity period, total soluble solids, total acid and anthocyanin content were analyzed. 【Result】The three kinds of growth regulators significantly increased the anthocyanin content in pericarp of the summer fruits of Jumeigui grape. The anthocyanin content increase rate was arranged in the following descending order:Guoshimei+Baoguoyou〉Abscisic acid〉Ethephon. By applying mixed solution of 300-fold of Guoshimei and 1000-fold of Baoguoyou or 300 μL/L of 40% Ethephon or 300 mg/kg of 5% Abscisic acid, the total soluble solids reduced, and also the total acid content showed the trend of reducing, while treatments of lower concentration of phytohormones (mixed solution of 600-fold of Guoshimei and 1000-fold of Baoguoyou or 200 μL/L of 40% Ethephon or 200 mg/kg of 5% Abscisic acid) increased the total soluble solids and acid content of Jumeigui grape. 【Conclusion】The application of three growth regulators had significant effect on the coloring of Jumeigui grape. It is better to use 300-fold of Guoshimei+1000-fold of Baoguoyou and 300 mg/kg of Abscisic acid in cultivation of Jumeigui grape.
