对硝基苯酚废水处理工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究不同废水预处理工艺对硝基苯酚废水的处理效果,确定最佳废水处理工艺。方法]采用树脂吸附、活性炭吸附、微电解+芬顿氧化处理对硝基苯酚废水,监测处理过程中废水pH、COD、全盐量、对硝基苯酚含量、氨氮含量变化。结果]大孔树脂吸附后对硝基苯酚去除率为90.6%;经过微电解-芬顿氧化-中和沉淀法处理后,废水对硝基苯酚浓度降为34mg/L。结论]对硝基苯酚废水最佳处理工艺选择为:絮凝沉淀+树脂吸附+微电解+芬顿氧化,厌氧法+好氧法。

Abstract: Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effects of different processes on the treatment of wastewater containing with p-ni- trophenol and to determine the best treatment combination. Method ] The resin adsorption, active carbon adsorption, microelectrolysis and Fenton oxidation methods was chosen for the treatment of wastewater containing with p-nitrophenol. And the parameters of pH, COD, content of total salt, p-nitrophenol, NH3-N were determined during treatment process. Result ] The results showed that after the adsorption of macro- porous resin, the removal rate of p-nitrophenol was 90.6%. After the treatment of microelectrolysis, Fenton oxidation, neutralization and sedi- mentation, the content of p-nitrophenol changed into 34 mg/L. Conclusion ] The optimum combination processes for the treatment of wastewater containing with p-nitr0phenol was flocculation, sedimentation, resin adsorption, microelectrolysis, Fenton oxidation and anaerobic + aerobic method.
