麻醉性镇痛药研究进展

在动物疾病诊疗过程中,良好的镇痛效果是保证外科手术顺利进行的必要条件,可以避免和减少动物手术中死亡,同时也是多种手术术后护理的主要内容。近些年来,鉴于人们对动物保健的重视,以及动物麻醉药物和方法的快速发展,麻醉性镇痛药在国内外动物医学领域中的应用逐渐增多,但在使用过程中由于动物种属差异及兽医师水平不同,有时会遇到诸如药物选择不当、药物过量、药物过敏等一系列问题。因此,对麻醉性镇痛药物的作用部位和作用机理、在临床医学领域与动物医学领域的应用情况及其耐受性和成瘾性等方面进行综述,以便这类药物更好地应用于动物的疼痛治疗和复合麻醉中。

Advance in Narcotic-Analgesics

In the process of animals' diagnosis and treatment,the good analgesic effect is the essential condition to guarantee the surgery be carried out smoothly and can avoid and decrease the mortality of surgery;and is also the main contents of postoperative care after many operations.Recently,with the attention to animals'welfare and the development of the animals' anaesthetic,narcotic-analgesics has been used increaseingly.Because of the species differences of animals and different level of veterinarians,they may meet with some problems such as improper choose of drugs,overdosage,and drug hypersensitivity and so on.This article reviewed the site of action and the mechanism of narcotic-analgesics,and also its application in clinic,toleration and addiction and its application in the animal clinic,in order to make this kind of medicine can be better used to treat pain and the combined anesthesia.
