| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力向非农业产业转移,是工业化和现代化的必然趋势.我国现行的户籍管理制度、土地管理制度和社会保障制度都不同程度存在着制约农村富余劳动力转移就业的因素,必须进行制度创新,改善我国农村富余劳动力转移就业的政策环境.
