硅藻精土结合A/O工艺的污水处理效果研究

摘    要:
[目的]研究硅藻精土结合A/O工艺的污水处理效果。[方法]利用硅藻精土结合A/O工艺,考察硅藻精土投加量和内回流比对污水处理效果的影响,确定最佳工艺参数。[结果]综合考虑系统脱氮除磷的效果及运行成本,最佳硅藻精土投加量应控制在40 mg/L,设计内回流比200%、外回流比50%~70%,生化总停留时间可根据进水水质情况考虑在6~8 h。[结论]在最佳运行条件下,该系统出水达到(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准。

Study on Treatment Effect of the Sewage by Purified Diatomite Combining A/O Process

Abstract:
[Objective] The research aimed to study treatment effect of the sewage by purified diatomite combining A /O process.[Method] By using purified diatomite combining A / O process,influences of the purified diatomite dosage and internal reflux ratio on sewage treatment effect were inspected,and the best process parameter was determined.[Result] Comprehensively considering removal effects of the nitrogen and phosphorus and running cost of the system,the best purified diatomite dosage was 40 mg / L.Internal reflux ratio was designed as 200%,and external reflux ratio was 50%-70%.According to influent water quality,biochemical total residence time was designed during 6-8 h.[Conclusion]Under the best running condition,effluent of the system reached Level-one A discharge standard(GB18918-2002).
