| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农村文化建设存在的问题,指出农民精神文化生活的匮乏已经严重影响了我国新农村的建设。在此基础上提出了相应的对策,即农村文化要发展,必须突破体制机制瓶颈,区分公益性文化事业和经营性文化产业,立足于农村实际,满足农民多样需求,探索和创新农村文化建设机制。

| Abstract: | The existing problems of rural cultural construction were analyzed.The lack of farmers’spiritual life has seriously affected China’ s new rural construction.On the basis of this,several corresponding countermeasures were put forward,such as rural cultural development must break through the bottleneck of institutional mechanisms,distinguish public cultural undertakings and business culture.The construction of rural culture must explore and innovate cultural construction mechanism,which is based on the rural reality and meet the diverse needs of farmers. |
