籼稻抗旱性状的筛选及其育种应用

摘    要:选用12个灿型水、陆稻品种进行水、旱处理,在全生育期共测测定其39个性状和单株产量,并运用DPS数据处理系统对各类性状进行单因变量逐步回与恢复关联分析。结果表明:(1)以旱作栽培时的抗旱性状为指标,综合人选单株有效穗数、穗茎粗、穗茎粗、倒二节间长、每穗实粒数;(2)以各性状旱/水为指标,综合入选性状为谷粒宽比、有效穗数比、剑叶长比、实粒数比、穗茎粗比;(3)采取模糊隶属函数法对(1)(2)入选性状

Abstract:Twelve paddy and upland indica rice varieties were employed as planting materials. Water and drought treatments were set up and thirty-nine characters and grain yield per plant in the whole growth stage were determined. All kinds of characters were analysed by the stepwise regression and grey correlative analysis in DPS data processing system. The results showed: (1) Effective panicle number per plant, ear stem width, penultimate internode length and filled grain number per panicle were screened taking drought resistance traits under non-irrigated condition as indices; (2)The rate of grain width, effective panicle number per plant, flag leaf length, filled grain number per panicle and ear stem width were screened taking drought resistance traits in non-irrigated/irrigated condition as indices; (3)The subordinative Fuzzy Function was used to evalvate comprehensively drought resistance on (1)(2) screened traits. The above traits could be used as indices of drought resistance identification and tried out in indica rice.
