摘    要:为探究丛枝菌根真菌对珍贵树种植物 N、P、K 和土壤因子的影响,本文以土沉香(Aquilaria sinensis)和降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera)为研究对象,接种不同地区幼套近明球囊霉(Claroideoglomus etunicatum,CE1,CE2)和摩西斗管囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,FM1,FM2)4 个菌株,苗木培养 4 个月后收获测定其根、茎、叶营养元素及栽种土壤的化学性质。结果表明:① 接菌提高土沉香和降香黄檀全株 N、P、K 含量吸收。接种 FM 菌株促进土沉香幼苗对 N 和 K 含量的吸收,表现为叶部>根部>茎部,P 含量在根茎叶分配差异均未达到显著差异;接种 CE 菌株促进降香黄檀幼苗对 N、P 含量的吸收,且主要体现在叶片的 N 含量上。② 接种 AM 真菌促进两种珍贵树种的土壤肥力,土沉香以接种 FM 菌株最佳,降香黄檀以接种 CE 菌株最佳。③ RDA 结果表明,土沉香和降香黄檀植物根茎叶 N、P、 K 含量与土壤因子间呈显著的相关性。

Abstract:Aquilaria sinensis and Dalbergia odorifera were selected to investigate the effects of inobulation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the availability and uptake of soil N, P, K. Four strains of Claroideoglomus etunicatum (CE1, CE2) and Funneliformis mosseae (FM1, FM2) were inoculated to the seedlings. Cultivated 4 months after, the contents of nutrients in plant roots, stems, leaves and soil chemical characteristics were measured. Inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal increased the absorption of N, P and K of A. sinensis and D. odorifera. Inoculation with FM promoted the absorption of N and K contents of A. sinensis, which ranked as leaf > root > stem. There was no significant difference with P content of plant roots, stems and leaves. CE arbuscular mycorrhizal strain significantly promoted the absorption of N and P content of D. odorifera, which it mainly reflected in the N content of the leaves. The inoculation of AM fungi increased the soil fertility of the two tree species. FM strain was the best for inoculation with A. sinensis, and CE strain was best of D.odorifera. RDA results showed that the significant correlations were found among soil factors and P, N, K  contents in roots, stems and leaves of A. sinensis and D. odorifera.
