| 摘 要： | 结合SE-CCR模型和DEA-BCC模型,对江苏省20所高校图书馆科研服务相对效率进行评价和分析。实证结果表明,样本中绝大部分高校图书馆科研服务效率处于非DEA有效状态,规模效率是制约综合技术效率改善的关键。为进一步改善江苏省高校图书馆服务效率,应注重调整图书馆资源投入的规模以及不断加强图书馆学科服务能力。

| Abstract: | Combining SE-CCR model and DEA-BCC model, this paper evaluated and analyzed the relative efficiency of scientific research service of 20 university libraries in Jiangsu province. The empirical results showed that the efficiency of scientific research service in most university libraries was in a non DEA effective state, and the scale efficiency was the key to the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency. In order to further improve the service efficiency of university libraries in Jiangsu province, it is necessary to adjust the scale of library resources input and strengthen the service ability of library discipline. |
