国内外图书馆联合数字参考咨询服务研究综述

随着图书馆参考咨询业务的职能深化,国内已出现少数区域性图书馆联合数字参考咨询服务（全文简称CDRS）模式,且得到了一定程度的推广与应用,有效缓解了图书馆逐渐呈现出的难以以自身力量来全面满足日益增长的用户信息需求这一突出矛盾。文章通过对国内外有关图书馆CDRS的研究文献的计量分析,以期为CDRS的后续研究提供有力参考数据。

A Review of Research on Collaborative Digital Reference Service in Domestic and Foreign Libraries

With the deepening of reference service function in libraries, there are a few collaborative digital reference service model in regional libraries in China, which have been popularized and applied to a certain extent, effectively alleviating the prominent contradiction that libraries can not fully meet the growing demands of users only relying on themselves. This paper analyzed the research literature of CDRS at home and abroad, with a view to provide a powerful reference for the follow-up study of CDRS.
